Helping young people be all that they can be.
Overcoming challenges with mental health through exercise & nutrition
What We Do
At Routed Strength Charitable Trust we have a passion in seeing young people be all that they can be, by overcoming their challenges with mental health. We do not believe that struggles with mental health are ‘the end’ of the story, but rather a season, where in hindsight, we will see the strength and character that was built to a greater future.
And although we know for young people (and parents’/carers) in the midst of that battle it can seem scary, daunting and isolating. We want to be part of that solution.
We believe:
-
Knowledge is power
-
Exercise is key to overcoming
-
Nutrition is self-care
-
Support is driving force
-
Relicense is fundamental
We have created two groups combining these elements in an 8-week programme. Have a read below to get a full breakdown of the courses:
GAINZ
Gain strength, gain confidence, regain your life.
GAINZ is an 8-week programme designed to empower young people aged 11- 15 to take charge of their mental health and wellbeing through exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching. We believe strength isn’t just physical – it’s about building confidence, a strong identity, positive mindset and resilience
Through fun workouts, activities, and community activities we aim to develop knowledge and strategies in maintaining and improving positive mental health and building self-esteem, worth and strength.
